Bro. Charlie Wysong reported that the Lord blessed in a tremendous way with the petition to repeal Chattanooga’s new domestic benefits ordinance.
Here is a note from Bro. Charlie:
Final count on signatures was 10,032. We needed 4,500 approved signatures to stop the Chattanooga’s Same-sex/Anti-discrimination Ordinance from being implemented. That was accomplished.
The measure will be on the ballot for August 2014.
The churches did a great job. The campaign would not have been a success without them.
I thank everyone who prayed or worked in this effort.
The ungodly said we’d never get the signatures and we bit off more than we could chew…but God!
