We want to thank Bro. Johnny Nix and the good folks at The Way of the Cross Baptist Church. They did a wonderful job hosting as always and that barbeque was as delicious as ever! It was great meeting Bro. Shane Lewis and his message “It’s Not Fair” from Matthew 20 was right on the mark. The Lord led me to preach on “Spoiler Alert – The Victory of God” from Isaiah 24-27. I believe both messages were a blessing to those in attendance.
Our next meeting is Thursday, June 20, at 10:00 a.m. at the Victory Baptist Church in Rossville, Georgia where Bro. Ernest Groce is the pastor. This meeting is a part of their annual Camp Meeting and we look forward to being with them this Thursday.
Directions to Victory Baptist Church, 1013 LaFayette Road, Rossville, GA 30741. From points south take I-75 GA exit 350/GA 2 toward Ft. Oglethorpe. Go 6.5 miles and then turn right onto LaFayette Road/US 27. Go 1.4 miles and the church will be on your left. From points north along the I-75 corridor take I-75 GA exit 353/Cloud Springs Road toward Rossville/Ft. Oglethorpe. Go 4.4 miles and turn right onto LaFayette Road/US 27. Go .9 miles and the church will be on your left. From I-24 take exit 180B US 27/Rossville Blvd. S. Follow Rossville Blvd. about 4 miles and the church will be on our left.
