We had a great time of fellowship at our last meeting at Whitfield Baptist Church. Bro. Wayne Cofield and his folks were such great hosts. It surely was a blessing. Bro. Justin Gazaway preached a fabulous message from Joshua “The Conquest of Canaan”. He was followed by Bro. Billy Goolesby who preached a timely message from that familiar passage 2 Chronicles 7:14, “A Recipe for Revival”.
Our next meeting is Thursday, April 5, at 10:00 a.m. at the Philadelphia Baptist Church in Calhoun. Our moderator will be the host pastor for this meeting. We are looking forward to being with Bro. Tim and his fine people. Pray for our two preachers who will bring us the Word of God: Bro. Buster Kinsey, evangelist out of Bro. George Pinion’s church; and Bro. Raymond Hancock, evangelist, former pastor, a leader of fundamentalism and founder of the Independent Baptist Fellowships of Georgia.

The 20th Annual Meeting of the Independent Baptist Fellowships of Georgia was a great success. The crowds, the spirit, the messages, the fellowship were all good. Bro. Mark Brandon, our vice moderator “did us proud” on Tuesday morning preaching a great message on Caleb. My how we need more Caleb’s. If you missed it, make plans now to attend next year.
