Letter/Prayer Request from Bro. Lancaster & Bro. Mickey

Dear Pastors,

It was certainly my privilege to get to meet many of you at the Tri State Independent Baptist Preachers Fellowship this past week. What a blessing it was to feel the sweet spirit among the pastors who were present. My heart was encouraged by the beautiful music and spirit-filled preaching. I will never think about a roller coaster ride in the same way again!

We came to the states from Germany to bring our daughter to Bible College and to preach some meetings in some new and supporting churches. We were scheduled to return to the mission field on the 16 th of September. Our plans have changed due to some medical/heart procedure that will need to be done before I can return to Germany. The first procedure will be next Wednesday, the 15th of September and the second will be a few weeks following. It looks now that we will not fly until the first part of November. I am trying to get some meetings in close proximity of Chattanooga while we are still here. This would allow me to be in some churches without having to travel a great distance while recovering from the medical issues. If any of you may be interested in allowing my wife and me to come in for a service, you can email me at: MJELancaster1@gmail.com, or call me at: 636-697-6796.

Again, it was such a joy and blessing to be with many of you. Thank you for your consideration. May the Lord richly bless you.

Sincerely,

Bro. Mark Lancaster

Hello,

Please pray for one of our men Joel Kamau who has been kidnapped. The kidnappers have demanded 150,000 ks ($2000) as ransom. They have said that if they do not get it they will kill him. We have been in contact with the abductors and are working closely with the police. The next day is very crucial. Please pray for him and also that we act wisely. I will update when I get the chance.
