Next Meeting – 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 10th, 2008 @ Philadelphia Baptist Church

Dear Preacher

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” What a great time of fellowship we had at the Whitfield Baptist Church. Bro. George Pinion sang “I’d rather have Jesus” and Bro. Jim Cudd sang “The Anchor Holds” both songs where a blessing and prepared us for the preaching. We heard two challenging messages. First Bro. Billy Goolesby preached a message from Gen. 37:1-10 on “Making your dreams come true.” (1) Don’t demand to understand, (2) Don’t fail to be faithful, (3) Don’t bow to bitterness, (4) Don’t, push providence and (5) Don’t dissolve your dream. Second Bro. Jimmie Clark brought an encouraging testimony of “The Goodness of God”. He used Ezk. 22:30 to speak on “Finish what you started.” We want to thank both of these great preachers for the good encouragement from God’s word. Also we want to thank Pastor Wayne Cofield and all the members of Whitfield Baptist Church for being such gracious host and providing the delicious meal for the preachers.

Our next meeting will be at the Philadelphia Baptist Church in Calhoun, GA on Thursday, April 10th at 10:00 a.m. where Bro. Tim McCulley is the host Pastor. The scheduled preachers are Bro. Brethren, if you have not heard this man in person, I exhort you to come and listen to him. I personally believe that he is one of the great Bible preacher-teachers of our day. He gives you more in one message than you can imagine.
