Dear Preacher
Thank you for praying for me and Dr. Keeton while on our trip to Romania, God blessed with 9 saved. I was told the Preachers Fellowship at Whitfield Baptist Church was a blessing to those in attendance. The preachers brought two great messages; Bro. Brent Coley brought the first message from Genesis 17: 19 – 25; 18:1, 2 on the subject of “DIRECTION”. Bro. Tony Howeth brought the second message on “FELLOWSHIP”, his text was Philippians 2:1. We want to thank Pastor Wayne Cofield and all the Whitfield Baptist family for their hospitality and for providing the delicious meal for all the preachers during the fellowship.
Our next meeting will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 3rd 2011 @ Elizabeth Terrace Baptist Church located in Rossville, GA where Bro. George Pinion is the host Pastor. Our preachers for the month of November are Evangelist Brent Madaris who has recently moved back into our area from Powell, TN and Bro. Jack Reiss of Baptist World Missionary Outreach Ministries, Inc.
Here are the directions to Elizabeth Terrace Baptist Church:
Highway 27. When you cross Highway 27 be careful not to take the by pass around Chickamauga Battlefield. This would take you toward Lafayette. Stay in the left lane when you cross Highway 27. Proceed to the Happy Valley Road. Ridgeland High School will be on your left at this red light. Turn right on Happy Valley and proceed approximately 1/2 mile. Turn left on Wilson Road. Proceed up Wilson Road about 2 and 1/2 miles. When you pass Rossville Elementary School, take the 2nd left which is Glentana Street. The church will be on your left.
From Chattanooga:
Take Highway 27 south, which is Rossville Blvd. When you cross the TN/GA state line take the 2nd right, which is McFarland Avenue. Stay on McFarland Avenue to the 2nd Red light which is Maple Street. Also we will be choosing new officers for 2012 during the November meeting. Please be praying about the leaders for the next year and vote for the men God lays on your heart. I want to thank you for allowing me to minister as secretary; it has been a blessing to work with all of you. I have served for 5 years as secretary and feel it is time to let someone else fill the position I know the Lord will put the right preacher in place. I know Bro. Randy and Bro. Tim also feel blessed to have been Moderator & Vice Moderator.
I know Pastor Pinion and the Elizabeth Terrace Baptist Church family has a big day planned. Please come and as always pray for the meeting and bring another preacher with you. God bless.
