Dear Preacher
What a great Camp Meeting and time of fellowship we had at Victory Baptist Church. The Lord used the preachers to bless the men with two wonderful messages Bro. Charlie Sturgill brought the first message from Isaiah 6:1-5 on “The Glory of God”. Bro. Bob Daugherty brought the second message on “Jesus is the Way”. His text was from John 14:6. We want to thank Pastor Ernest Groce and all the Victory Baptist Church family for their hospitality and for providing a delicious meal for all the preachers during the fellowship and also for a great Camp meeting.
Our next meeting will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 4th 2011 @ Rock Spring Baptist Church located at 194 East Turnipseed Road in Rock Spring, GA 30739. where Bro. Kevin Weaver is the host Pastor. Our preachers for the month of August are Pastor David Stancill of Sequoyah Baptist Tabernacle in Hixson, TN and Evangelist Ed Carter of Death unto Life Ministries Chattanooga, TN.
Here are the directions to Rock Spring Baptist Church. These are from exit 350 off of I-75
Take Exit 350 Battlefield Parkway/ Hwy 2-A and turn left.
Go about 7 miles through Ft Oglethorpe and cross Lafayette Rd.
Then take the Hwy 27 bypass towards Chickamauga- Lafayette.
Then go 9 miles right though Chickamauga while staying on Hwy 27. You will pass the Walker County Civic center on your left and we will be the next road on your left- Turnipseed Rd.
You can see us from the road and there is a sign that you will see and that’s where you will need to turn.
Remember Pastor Weaver and the Rock Spring Church family has a big day planned please come and be with us and as always pray for the meeting and bring another preacher with you. I hope to see you there, God bless.
