Greetings, brethren!
Well, it seems like a short eternity since we last met; but it’s finally time for our next meeting. Last month Bro. Rick Spence and the good folks at New Life Baptist Church hosted a wonderful meeting with Bro. Ricky Gravley and Bro. Leland Frazier preaching. We heard two great messages: “What an Amazing Service” from Mark 1:21-27 and “What Kind of Preacher Doesn’t Quit” from Jer. 20:7-9 respectively. The entire meeting was a wonderful blessing and we appreciate everyone who helped make it so.
Our next meeting is Thursday, June 19, 10:00 a.m. at Victory Baptist Church in Rossville, GA where Bro. Ernest Groce is the pastor. This particular meeting as usual will be a part of Victory’s annual summertime Camp Meeting. I’m sure Bro. Groce will have a great morning lined up for us with some heavenly music, powerful preaching, and fine dining so make your plans to attend.
Directions to Victory Baptist Church, 1013 LaFayette Road, Rossville, GA 30741. From points south take I-75 GA exit 350/GA 2 toward Ft. Oglethorpe. Go 6.5 miles and then turn right onto LaFayette Road/US 27. Go 1.4 miles and the church will be on your left. From points north along the I-75 corridor take I-75 GA exit 353/Cloud Springs Road toward Rossville/Ft. Oglethorpe. Go 4.4 miles and turn right onto LaFayette Road/US 27. Go .9 miles and the church will be on your left. From I-24 take exit 180B US 27/Rossville Blvd. S. Follow Rossville Blvd. about 4 miles and the church will be on our left.
