Dear Preacher
We want to thank Pastor Ernest Groce and all the good folks of Victory Baptist Church for their hospitality and for providing a delicious meal for all the preachers at the July Camp meeting. Our Preachers preached two great messages. First Bro. Damon Perry preached from Luke 4:17, 18 on the subject of “Jesus the Preacher”. Second Bro. Jerry Atkins preached from Jeremiah 7:1-7 on the thought “Stand up for what’s right in our country”! Thanks Preachers for being a blessing to us with the good word of God.
Please Take Note, our next meeting will be an evening meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6th at the Gethsemane Baptist Church in Rossville, GA where Pastor Ronnie Brown is the host Pastor. The guest preacher will be Bro. Terry Pace. This meeting is designed for those by-vocational pastors/preachers that normally cannot make the day meetings to come and fellowship with the area preachers. Please invite those that you know so our effort will be a blessing to them.

Dear Pastor/ Youth Director,
We would like to invite you to a special Youth Night we will be having at Whitfield Baptist Church as part of our Awesome Preaching in August series. The Youth Night will be Tuesday, August 4th. Bro. Dave McCoy will be preaching and we will be having some special music from an instrumental group out of Calvary Baptist Church in Tunnel Hill and from a group of young ladies from our church. The service will begin at 7 p.m.
We will also be having a hotdog supper before the service for all the youth groups that would like to attend. It will begin at 5:45 p.m. If you plan to attend the meal we would appreciate it if you could call and give us an approximate number of how many will be in your group by Monday, August 3rd so that we can prepare enough food. Immediately following the service we will have any Ice Cream fellowship with brownies, hot fudge and all the toppings. So even if you are unable to make it to the meal before please plan to stay for a few minutes afterwards for a time of fellowship
I hope that you will plan to attend this special service. Many of our young people will be starting back to school in the next few weeks and I am sure that this will be a real encouragement to them. We are praying that this will be a great time of fellowship, inspiration, and revival.
In Christ,
Jason Cofield
