On behalf of the Tri-state Independent Baptist Preachers Fellowship let me wish each and everyone a happy new year. It is our prayer that this year will be blessed of God for each and everyone and the ministries they represent.
We had a great time at our meeting in December. We appreciate Pastor Ricky Gravly and the good folks at Bible Baptist Church for hosting the meeting and serving a fine meal. Bro. Steve Goolsby preached an inspiring message from Acts 4 on “What It Means to be with Jesus”. Pastor Clyde Painter challenged everyone with a message from Matthew 27 “Learning the Bear the Cross”. We thank God for these two good men and these fine messages.
Our first meeting for the new year is scheduled for Thursday, January 12, 10 a.m. at the Fellowship Baptist Church in East Ridge where Bro. Chris Peponis is pastor. Our scheduled preachers for the day are Bro. Kevin Norton of Mountain View Baptist Church and Bro. Randy Lynn, our moderator for the past two years and pastor of Moriah Baptist Church. I trust you will be able to attend.

From I-24 take exit 184 and go south on Moore Road for about .8 miles. Turn left onto Ringold Road and go .4 miles then turn right on Prigmore Road. Go one block and turn right on Clemons Road. The church will be on your right.
