Greetings, brethren!
We praise the Lord for a great December meeting at Bible Baptist. We want to thank Bro. Ricky Gravley and his people for doing a great job hosting as well as our preachers for preaching the Word and speaking to our hearts. Bro. Burman Cape preached a message he entitled “May We All Get the Heart-burn” from Luke 24. It was just what the doctor ordered from this great man of God. Bro. Chad Bailey preached to the preachers just as he would have to any group of people on the topic “Evil Imaginations”. It was powerful.
Our next meeting is our “Iron Sharpeneth Iron Preachers Revival”. God has laid it upon Bro. Haney’s heart to schedule a two day revival to challenge the hearts of God’s men. The meetings are scheduled for January 12 and 13. Our keynote preachers will be Dr. Clarence Sexton, pastor of Temple Baptist Church and president of Crown College in Powell, TN, and Dr. David Gibbs, founder and president of the Christian Law Association now out of Mason, OH. The meeting details are included in the attached flier. Please note the times of meetings and be sure and RSVP for the evening meals.
Directions to Anchor of Hope Baptist Church, 2613 Lakeview Drive, Rossville, GA 30741. From I-75 take GA exit 353. Turn onto Cloud Springs Road toward Rossville/Ft. Oglethorpe and go 2.3 miles. Turn right onto Lakeview Drive and go .9 miles. The church will be on your right. From I-24 take exit 184 toward Moore Road. Merge onto S Terrace Road and go .4 miles. Turn right onto McBrien Road which becomes Page Road. Go for a total of 2.2 miles and turn left onto Lakeview Drive. Drive 1 mile and the church will be on your left.
