Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! God is good and God is still on the throne! We had a wonderful service last month at our special “Prayer for America Rally”; and though the election may not have turned out the way some of us may have wanted, we are reminded that God removeth kings, and setteth up kings, Daniel 2:21. Bro. George Pinion and the Elizabeth Terrace Baptist Church did a great job of hosting the rally and the service was very precious. Dr. Smith brought a timely challenge, “No matter how the election turns out, we still have our work cut out for us.” How true! So, brethren, let us press on toward the mark.

Our next meeting is Thursday, December 6, at 10:00 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Church in Rossville where Bro. Ricky Gravley is the pastor. Our scheduled preachers are Bro. Ernest Groce, pastor of Victory Baptist Church, and evangelist Dean McNeese. Pray for these men that God would use them in a mighty way.

Directions to Bible Baptist Church: traveling west on Hwy 2A cross Hwy 27 at Fort Oglethorpe, continue 1 ½ miles, turn left onto Happy Valley Road just before you get to Ridgeland High School. Continue on Happy Valley Road and turn at the second left onto Talley Lane, Bible Baptist church is on the right.
