Dear Preacher
The January meeting at Fellowship Baptist Church was a little late in the month due to snow, but the blessings from the Lord came just at the right time. What tremendous preaching Bro David Flood brought the first great message on “There is a man in Heaven” and Bro. Bud Marteen brought the second great message on “Getting to Know God”. Thanks men for letting the Lord use you to encourage the Preachers. We want to thank Pastor Chris Peponis and all the Fellowship Baptist Church family for their hospitality and for providing a delicious meal for all the preachers during the fellowship.
Our Next meeting will be 10:00 A.M. February 3rd 2011 @ Tifftonia Baptist Church the host Pastor is Bro. Mark Brandon. Our preachers for February are Bro. Eddie Killion the Pastor of Linwood Baptist Church in Lafayette, GA and Dr. Clearance Sexton the pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Powell, TN.
Directions to Tifftonia Baptist Church: Take Interstate 75 north to the Interstate 24 split exit left onto Interstate 24, continue west on 24 to Exit 175 (the first exit passed Lookout Mt. and Moccasin Bend), Take right onto Browns Ferry Rd. continue North 8/10 of a mile the church is on the Right.
We would like to thank you for the extra you have given Tri-State Ind. Baptist Preachers Fellowship for the statewide meeting. We were able to send a check for $400.00 to help with the expenses for the 2011 meeting in March. Please read the details concerning the statewide meeting below.
Please help keep our fellowship strong by praying for the meetings and as always invite and bring another preacher with you. Pastor Mark Brandon and the Tifftonia Baptist Church family are planning a special day of fellowship, let us show our appreciation and be a blessing to them as I know they will be to us.

Attention Tri-State Independent Baptist Preachers:
Our 19th annual Statewide meeting is coming up March 28th and 29th. I have missed only one of the meetings since they began and have always been blessed by the great preaching of our preachers across this state. This year Brother Billy Goolesby is representing our fellowship and will no doubt challenge our hearts with a great message from God’s Word. Over the past number of years I have called and made room reservations for those from our fellowship who wished to attend and will do that again this year. Best rates are at Bright Inn, $45.00 per night or La Quinta Inn, $75.00 per night.
Also, as in the past I will be driving a church van if you desire to ride. If you would like for me to make you a room reservation, and/or ride the van, please call my secretary at the church office, 706-866-2156, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm. Please give her your name, the number of rooms you want reserved (one night or two) and whether or not you want to ride the van. Please let me know no later than March 6th as to whether or not you are going.
