Dear Preacher
We want to thank Pastor Ron Guffey and all the good folks of Eleventh Ave. Baptist Church for their hospitality and for providing a delicious meal for all the preachers at the June meeting. Our Preachers preached two great messages. First Evangelist Bobby Brindle preached from Mark 4:35-41 on the subject of “Let us pass over to the other side”. Second Pastor Mark Brandon preached from Hosea 9:5-10 on the thought “Some things that God hates”! A good observance from the message; “You can tell how much you love God by how much you hate your abominations.” Thanks Preachers for the good word of God.
Our next meeting will be on Thursday, July 2nd during Camp Meeting at the Victory Baptist Church in Rossville, GA where Pastor Ernest Groce is the host Pastor. Guest preachers will be Dr. Jerry Atkins of Trenton, GA and Bro. Damon Perry. “Victory Baptist Church Camp Meeting” will be June 28th – July 3, 2009. Some of the Preachers for the week are Bro. Burman Cape, Bro. Billy Goolsby, Bro. Ricky Gravley, Bro. Tony Hutson, Bro. Randy Lynn, Bro. Dean McNeese, Bro. John Neal, Bro. Bobby Roberson and others to be announced.
