February Meeting

Greetings, brethren!

Well, last month was certainly interesting. Sadly, Bro. Peponis and the Fellowship Baptist Church suffered some broken pipes due to the cold weather and we had to move our meeting to Anchor of Hope Baptist Church. Our new moderator stepped up and things went off without a hitch including lunch “out”. We had a great time. We enjoyed three (that’s right 3) messages including one by one of our fine young preachers, Bro. Grant Hardeman, who preached on “A New Perspective of the House of God” from Haggai. We also enjoyed a great message by Jason Cofield from Titus 2:11-15 “A Grace-filled Ministry”. Bro. Eddie Killian preached a message from Job 42:1-6 “I Thought I Knew… But Now I Know” that was a mini-testimony that touched our hearts. It was a great meeting.

Our next meeting is Thursday, February 6, at 10:00 a.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church where Bro. Tony Hyatt is the pastor. Our scheduled preachers are Bro. Rick Spence of New Life Baptist Church in Dalton and Bro. Deron Shuler from Hayesville, NC. Pray for a great meeting.
